      Items needed: wet towel

Principle: The skin becomes soft when it gets wet, and then expands.

Method: Wet the towel, not too wet to drip water, stuff it into your leather shoes, cover it for a few minutes and then take it out. Leather shoes will become soft after absorbing moisture, then crumple old newspapers into a ball and stuff them inside the shoes so that the shoes will not pinch your feet.

If the sides of the shoes are rubbing on the feet, just use a round bottle to rub the upper surface of the shoes several times and it will be fine. If the back edge is chafing your feet, stretch the top of the shoe.

Other ways to do this include:

Apply Vaseline on the worn areas of your shoes and leave it for two days. Apply it continuously during this period. The leather on the worn areas will be much softer and smoother after being protected by the Vaseline and will no longer be worn.

Put a "Band-Aid" on the affected area on your foot to relieve pain.

Note: When buying shoes, you should try on them frequently to make sure they are the right size and try to choose looser ones.
